Okay tonight I made a warm raw apple crisp and piled it high with cool whip. Oh my gosh it was good.

I used a half an avocado in the vita mix and turned it on 10 (not high) and then started adding in grapes until I liked what it looked like. This was so good, and made desert so much better.

Thanks gamom for the recipe/idea. :D

Blessings

Yes. :geek: Grapes are one of the highest chemical toxin foods. I dont even trust the organic grapes. Paranoia or wisdom. I dont know. Though I very seldom eat grapes. There are just to many yummy fruit out there, why peel grapes. :P

Okay, beany - please explain the "highest chemical toxin" comment... does that mean pesticides or naturally occurring???? I Love the thought of the avocado whip, though :)
